Safety Coaching

Safety coaching is the provision of a safety professional by RCES (UK) Ltd to your place of work for as long as you need them,
one week, one month or perhaps 6 months. This service is designed to assist your organisation in a cost effective manner.

What can a Safety Coaching Service do for your organisation

• Provide cover for safety staff during leave periods, sickness, maternity or paternity leave.
• Work with your nominated person for safety as a mentor to get them started.
• Manage a specific safety aspect such as ergonomic solutions, emergency strategy etc.
• Design a policy in line with your processes while working within your own team.
• Assist in overcoming notices or other legal actions.
• Managing contractors.
• Generally mentoring your workforce in safety solutions
• Training needs analysis 

You can have a Safety advisor or an assistant in-house when you need them.
